Worker network and project requests

Our public intake forms collect the name, contact details, service area, skills or project scope, timing, rates or budget, and optional business details, work-example links, equipment, and credential descriptions that you provide. These submissions are stored privately for TownHands operators to review, qualify, and follow up. Submission is not identity verification. Operators may also record business prospects and requests shared with them, including the original source and follow-up notes.

We do not publish intake contact details. An operator discusses permission before an introduction. Contact devin@jointownhands.com with your submission reference to request access, correction, removal, or no further contact. The operator desk supports removal of intake records and related matching history. Intake forms are separate from signed-in job-board accounts.

To limit submission abuse, the intake endpoint may temporarily store a time-limited hash derived from a network address and an hourly window; it does not store the raw network address in the intake tables. Form submissions appear in the operator desk. Email and text delivery are not promised by submitting a form.

Information currently stored

Signed-in users may save an approximate job location, description, timing, pay, opportunity type, application status, offers, provider type, selected skills, business settings, messages, and service radius. TownHands associates these records with the authenticated account email. Do not enter access codes, payment-card data, government identifiers, or unnecessary sensitive information.

Public and protected areas

The informational site and daily job board are public. Account dashboards, contact information, applicant records, messages, and activity records require sign-in. Public jobs use approximate locations. Precise addresses should be shared only after participants choose to proceed.

Identity and verification

A verification badge describes only the check named by that badge. If identity verification is introduced, TownHands intends to use a specialized provider rather than publicly display or unnecessarily retain government identification.

AI and marketplace information

TownHands uses structured rules and may use AI to clarify work, suggest matches, explain price differences, and flag safety or licensing concerns. Personal marketplace information is not sold as an AI training dataset.

Retention and control

Listings expire from public display but relevant records may be retained for account operation, safety, dispute handling, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and platform improvement. Account controls provide deletion requests and profile management.

Platform content

Content from authorized third-party integrations retains required attribution and links and follows the provider's display, retention, and removal requirements.
