Founding beta terms.

Marketplace status

TownHands supports requests, matching, provider offers, and offer selection. It does not currently process payments, verify every provider, provide insurance, guarantee work, or become a party to agreements between participants. Illustrative prices and example ratings are not provider quotes or verified reviews.

Independent participants

Requesters and providers remain independent. TownHands does not employ providers or perform listed services. Each participant is responsible for evaluating scope, qualifications, licensing, insurance, safety, pricing, taxes, and applicable laws.

Safety and regulated work

Do not use TownHands for emergencies. Participants must not perform work requiring a license, permit, credential, or specialized safety controls unless the responsible provider possesses and follows them. Never share door codes, passwords, financial credentials, or unnecessary sensitive information.

Prohibited use

Unlawful, dangerous, exploitative, discriminatory, deceptive, or rights-infringing activity is prohibited. Spam, impersonation, falsified credentials, review manipulation, unauthorized third-party content collection, and attempts to bypass marketplace protections are prohibited.

Transactions and disputes

Until integrated payments and dispute tools launch, participants arrange payment and resolution independently. Compare written scope, price, timing, materials, and warranties before choosing an offer.
