Trust by design
The right kind of help
for the right kind of job.
TownHands is being designed to make differences visible—not to treat every provider, task, or price as interchangeable.
Clear provider types
Community helpers, independent skilled workers, and established professional providers are labeled separately. Professional credentials, insurance, warranties, and licenses will be displayed only after verification.
Safety before matching
Requests involving emergencies, illegal activity, hazardous materials, or work requiring qualifications outside a provider’s verified scope are rejected or redirected. Regulated work may be limited to appropriately licensed professionals.
Human choice stays central
AI can clarify scope, identify possible risks, explain pricing factors, and recommend matches. It does not hire someone, accept a quote, or send a provider into a home without the participants’ approval.
Honest price context
Provider quotes are submitted by providers. TownHands estimates are labeled separately and explain their assumptions. A lower price is never presented as automatically better.
TownHands is currently a product preview forming its first Central Texas cohort. Profiles, verification, payments, and live matching are not yet open to the public.
